Order Processing

Our default proceedure in filling orders: we try to ship within 3 business days what can be assembled from our in-house and warehouse stocks. Out-of-stock items are obtained from publishers and/or importers and normally follow in a week. We will keep you advised of temporarily unavailable or discontinued items. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER Please advise us by email ( if there has been an error in the filling of your order & we will issue you a return authorization number and method for returning the merchandise for complete refund or exchange. Opened CD, MIDI, DVD and Video products are not returnable. Please be advised that Piano-pal does not send merchandise "on approval" and that all correctly-filled merchandise, granted return authorization for unusual circumstance, will incur a 20% restocking fee. A refund is issued for the returned music (less 20% restocking fee) only and not for postage, handling, nor sales tax (FL sales tax). If you have concerns about an item - please contact us about it BEFORE ordering.

Piano-pal ships by U.S. Postal Service exclusively. Choose inexpensive flat-rate Budget shipping or our flat-rate Priority shipping. These rates include postage, handling and tracking.

International shipping options:
